The studio is offering a full schedule with in-studio classes limited to 8 participants to maintain social distancing guidelines. Online classes are available through Zoom and will remain available on a permanent basis.

About Serenity Now Yoga
Serenity Now Yoga has been serving the Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island area since 2004. We are the second longest running yoga studio in the Charleston, SC area
We recognize that each person has unique needs, to accommodate those needs we offer a variety of classes, each specifically designed for a particular level of ability and experience. Serenity Now offers traditional yoga classes, including pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindfulness meditation. All classes are held at normal room temperature without excessive heat.
Our teachers are mature professionals with many years of teaching experience and training to their credit.
The best way to develop an effective yoga practice is through consistency. To assist students in this goal we maintain a stable schedule of classes.

Noele Pace - Owner
Noele is the founder of Serenity Now Yoga and the primary teacher at the studio. She completed her teacher training in 2002 in Memphis, TN with New York City based OM Yoga's director, Cyndi Lee. Noele has also studied extensively with Andrey Lappa, founder of Universal Yoga and many other renowned teachers including Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea and Doug Swenson.
