Our Philosophy

We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, at every age and fitness level. If you can breathe and move your body mindfully, you have all the skills necessary to develop a yoga practice. At Serenity Now Yoga it is our mission to serve students at all levels of experience and physical ability, including those with physical disabilities. We recognize that yoga is a spiritual as well as a physical practice, but that each person's spiritual path is unique. Although our classes incorporate the classic teachings of yoga including yama (ethical principles), niyama (disciplines and restraints), pranayama (breath control) and meditation we are not dogmatic in our approach and leave room for students to incorporate these practices into their lives as they see fit.

Serenity Now Yoga is committed to

~ Serving all members of the yoga community ~ Providing an excellent service at a fair price ~ Compensating its teachers as professionals ~ Adhering to the ethical principles of yoga ~ Supporting other like minded yoga centers.

Our Teachers

Each of our teachers is carefully selected based on their experience both teaching and practicing yoga as well as their commitment to a yogic lifestyle. We demand a high degree of professionalism from our teachers. This in turn provides the student with an excellent experience no matter which class they take. Click here for teacher bios.
