Yin Yang Yoga
Friday, September 11th from 7-9PM
$15 drop in or one class pass on your card. No additional charge for unlimited pass-holders.
Honor and unite both Yin and Yang (opposites) in the body to create essential balance!!
In this class, Tricia will lead juicy, long held passive poses in the Yin tradition, mindfully woven together with more active Yang asanas. The passive yin poses open the joints by stretching the connective tissues to increase flexibility, full range of motion and stimulate prana flow. The dynamic yang sequences work with the musculature to build strength, endurance and invigorate the body and mind. |

Yin Yoga Weekend
Friday, December 4th at 7:00PM - Hip opening and kidney chi sequence
Saturday, December 5th at 12:00 Noon - Hip, spine, and shoulder freeing sequence
$15 drop in or one class pass on your card. No additional charge for unlimited pass-holders.
Yin yoga works deeply on the "yin" connective tissues (ligaments, tendons & fascia) to restore vitality, increase flexibility, heal joints & increase the flow of prana (life force). Yin yoga penetrates the body through long holds of passive poses. Most of the poses are done in a relaxed seated or supine position. It is an excellent complement to more vigorous styles of yoga, where we work more with the "Yang" musculature of the body. Come and experience a new level of body awakening! This class will be open to all levels including those "new to yoga." |
