Our knitting and crocheting circle meets at the studio the third Sunday of every month at 7:00PM. No experience necessary, just show up with a crochet hook or some knitting needles and we'll get you started.



The Five Tibetan Rites with Tricia Wylie
Saturday May 17th at 12:00 Noon
$15 to drop in or one class pass. No additional charge for unlimited passholders.

Join certified yoga teacher Tricia Wylie for a fun practice of the Five Tibetan Rites. The rites are a system of energetic postures and exercises that originated in the Himalayas. Tibetan monks claim these 5 exercises can lead to a reduction in the aging process by helping to normalize hormonal imbalances. Once learned, the rites take about 20 minutes to perform and can be practiced anywhere-making them invaluable to those who travel and have time limiting schedules. Class concludes with final relaxation.


Kundalini and Yoga Numerology with Clayton Woodson
Friday June 27th at 7:00PM

$15 to drop in or one class pass. No additional charge for unlimited passholders.

Yoga Numerology is from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. Use your birthdate to calculate your soul number, karma number, gift number, destiny number, and path number. Then use these numbers to understand your human experience and your journey towards enlightenment. Class will include both reading and poses, so please bring your reading glasses and your yoga mat. All levels welcome.


Yoga Nidra with Tom Pace

Yoga nidra is sometimes called yogic sleep. Join Tom for a guided 45 minute deep relaxation that will leave you feeling rested and refreshed. Wear comfortable clothes. No experience necessary.


Lunar Flow Yoga with Tricia Wylie
Friday September 19th at 7:00PM

$15 to drop in or one class pass. No additional charge for unlimited passholders.

Chandra Namaskar is a moving meditation where we practice flowing smoothly with our breath through poses which help restore mobility to the hips and hammies and help strengthen and lengthen the spine. Suitable for most yogis, however, it is recommended that you have taken at least 10 beginner classes before attending.


Partner Yoga with Jordan and Clayton ~ No partner required!

Partner Yoga can be playful and fun! Join Jordan and Clayton to explore a partner yoga practice that is uplifting, freeing, and best of all fun. No partner required, all levels welcome.


Practicing Yoga with Injuries
Coming in November 2008

Just because you sustained an injury doesn't have to mean you give up your yoga practice. Jordan knows firsthand how a smart yoga practice can speed your road to recovery. Join her to learn ideas for creating your own modified yoga practice to keep you strong and supple while your injury heals. Bring a pencil and a yoga mat. This workshop will be mainly discussion with some light practice throughout.
